1) I have got VAT number, but I don’t have a shop, could I register on line?

 
The online registration and online trade of our products is reserved only for dealers
(Shops, wholesalers, department stores etc…..)

2) Do you sell only to the shops?

 
In Italy the line Clotilde Silva is dedicated to the shops. Abroad we sell also to wholesalers.
We have also exclusive retailers in Spain and in France.
A discount will be given to wholesalers by private agreement.

3)  I am already your customer, should I need to register anyway?

 
Even if you are already our customer you must register. To access the reserved area you should have username and password; however the terms of payment and any other agreement remain the same.

4) Are the prices for dealers or for general public?

All the prices are only for retailers, ex factory and VAT excluded.

5) Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order for shops is € 500,00

6) Could I order only on line?

No, it is possible to place an order also via fax at the following number 00390289410385 or by e-mail at info@clotildesilva.com .

7) How is the order sent?

The goods are shipped via our express courier, unless the customer has specific request.
Shipping and insurance charges are at the buyer’s expenses.

8) How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time will be specified in the order’s confirmation. However, the usual period needed is 60 days.

9) How are the goods delivered?

Each object is packed separately. The packaging for sale is also included for shops only.
